New houses being built for Armenian officers in Hadrut

 

Official within the Ministry of Defence in Stepanakert have announced plans for the construction of a new neighbourhood in the southern city of Hadrut. Newly-constructed residential flats in the neighbourhood will provide housing for Armenian officers with one, two and three room flats. The housing programme is carried out by Artsakh’s Ministry of Defence in collaboration with Russian firm Evrostroi, which has also started numerous other construction projects around the country, among them three buildings in Stepanakert, including a  10-story 108 flat residential building. The project in Hadrut will be finished in 2018, and will include a playground for children, a park, as well as a car park.
