Yesterday, Nagorno Karabakh’s Defence minister, Karen Abrahamyan, received Armenia’s Security Council’s head, Armen Grigoryan and his aides.
Present during the meeting was Karabakh’s new head of Security Council, Arshavir Ghahramyan, himself a veteran of the first war of the 1990s, and former head of the National Security Service of the de facto republic.
Official news reports did not provide details on what was discussed, nonetheless, a statement did reveal that the two sides discussed the current situation on the line-of-contact in terms of military and operational issues, as well as other common issues.
