Four civilians killed by anti-tank mine in Azeri controlled Fuzuli district

On 28 November, four Azeri civilians were killed when their Toyota vehicle exploded on two anti-tank mines at Ashaghi Seyidahmedli, Fuzuli District, recently taken over by the Azerbaijan military. Apparently, the civilians attempted to enter the area now under Azeri military control. The area is known to be still heavily mined from Nagorno Karabakh war in the 1990s.
