Foreign ministers Masis Mailyan (Nagorno Karabakh) and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan(Armenia) met for consultations this Monday, 25 February. Official reports from Armenia’s Foreign Ministry state that the two:
value [their] periodical meetings and highlighted their willingness to further promote bilateral consultation meetings
No precise details on what was discussed has been officially published, however, among very probable issues is a possible meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Azeri authorities have reportedly mentioned a possible formal meeting between the two, with Yerevan still yet to confirm or even mention the news officially.
