This week, the Minister of Defence of Nagorno Karabakh, Maj Gen Karen Abrahamyan received the head of Armenia’s Security Council, a consultative body serving the executive in Yerevan, a visit to Stepanakert for a formal meeting.
The meeting was aimed at discussing the latest developments along the line-of-contact with Azerbaijan and exchanging opinions on a series of issues on the national security of both political entities.
At the meeting, was Grigoryan’s counterpart from Stepanakert, Vitali Balasanyan, a respected war veteran and long-time expert in security affairs, as well as the head of national intelligence Samvel Shahramanyan.
