OSCE conducts ceasefire monitoring mission on the line-of-contact

The OSCE mission to Nagorno Karabakh (NK) carried out a ceasefire violation monitoring mission along the southern segment of the line-of-contact with Azerbaijan, between the regions of Hadrut (NK) and Füzuli (Azerbaijan).

Observing on the Azeri side were OSCE representatives Simon Tiller (UK) and Martin Schuster (Germany), while engaged on the Armenian side were Mihail Olaru (Moldova) and Ghenadie Petrica (Moldova), accompanied by representatives from NK’s Foreign and Defence Ministries.

According to the Azeri Defence Ministry, the monitoring mission concluded without “any incidents” (sic), possibly referring to no ceasefire violations.

This is the fourth monitoring mission of its kind this year, with further missions of the kind planned at later dates.
