On 10 April, the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) conducted a ceasefire monitoring mission on the line-of-contact between Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh. On the Azeri side of ceasefire monitoring was done by OSCE representatives Ghenadie Petrica (Moldova), Simon Tiller (United Kingdom) as well as Ralf Bosshard(Switzerland).
While on the Armenian side the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk, and representatives Ognjen Jovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Mihal Olaru (Moldova) as well as a representative of the High-Level Planning Group, Coronel Yuri Dudchenko (Russia) carried out ceasefire monitoring activities.
According to official Azeri sources, the monitoring mission was carried out near Aghdam, in the central segment of the line-of-contact and apparently took place “without incidents”

This is the sixth monitoring mission this year. Coincidentally, on the same day the Azeri Defence Ministry registered 20 ceasefire violation cases, including in the area of where the monitoring mission took place.
