Troop-carrying lorry overturns in southern Armenia: 18 hospitalised

On the evening of 11 April, a military lorry carrying troops to a military base in southern Armenia veered off the road and overturned, 18 servicemen were hospitalised. The incident occurred near the southern city of Meghri, near the Iranian border, with medical teams responding almost immediately. The injured soldiers were evacuated to the local Meghri Medical Centre, where one of them was diagnosed as heavily injured.

According to officials, the incident is being investigated.
