Azerbaijan to import helmets and armour protection from Indian firm

According to a recent article by military blog Azeri Defence,  Azerbaijan will be importing military hardware from Indian defence firm MKU Limited. No precise details of the acquisitions was found on either article, however the original article they did mention that Azerbaijan will be importing helmets and armour plates for bullet-proof vests.

 

MKU Limited is seeking to export at least $5 billion in military hardware in the next five years to 42 countries, and starting 1992 was the biggest supplier of helmets to the Indian military. Other major deals by the firm included major deals from Spain in 2003 for body armour, and Ecuador in 2014 for similar products. MKU Limited currently supplies the Indian Armed Forces with protection gear and armour, and also produces night-vision telescopic sights and fits military vehicles with armour plating.
