On 20 November, Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry posted the first non-Nagorno Karabakh related news since 27 September. The news brief stated that during this year, eight military installations were built along the highest points on the Nakhchevan-Armenia border, which reach over 3000 metres above sea level. A 9K333 Verba MANPADS and a modified AK series rifle, possibly locally-produced, are seen in the footage.
