On Wednesday, 24 July 2019, Nagorno Karabakh’s Defence minister and head of the de facto republic’s Armed forces, Maj Gen Karen Abrahamyan, received the OSCE’s Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk in an official event.
Official media reports did not specify on the exact details of what was discussed, stating that the two sides addressed issues regarding the current situation on the line-of-contact in everyday military-operational terms, as well as other related issues related to the maintaining the ceasefire between the two sides.
